The staff were helpful. The gardens include many flowers and plants. The beach offers a lot of sandy area. Esmat at reception handled our needs quickly. Abdul Ghany made sure our expectations were exceeded.
The gym has just 2 treadmills.

Really good Service and Comfort!

The staff was amazingly friendly and professional. I had a spacial cute treatment from all the staff including the bartenders, the waiters, the chefs and the room service. The facility was very clean with a nice landscape and a big pool. The room was large and comfortable with a sea view terrace.

i found the staff genuinely kind and helpful. the hotel ensured my dietary needs were met thanks to the attentive chef. i was kinda surprised by an upgrade to a room overlooking the sea.
the wi-fi signal was only available in the lobby and sometimes unreliable.

the service was acceptable at the pool bar the staff there looked after guests during the holiday
i was disappointed with the food it lacked variety i found it repetitive. the dishes often tasted bland and the dining experience became monotonous quickly. the local alcohol was sometimes unavailable which was frustrating

The staff was friendly. Muhammed at the beach bar quickly memorized my daily drink orders. Ahmed at the top bar was equally attentive. The food selection offered new choices daily so I never needed to dine elsewhere.
The minibar fridge seemed old and didn't cool drinks effectively.
